HOW DO DRINKSTER DOLLARS WORK?

Every time you make a purchase, you will earn Drinkster Dollars to spend in the future. It is our way of saying thanks to you for your business. It is completely up to you when and how you want to redeem your Drinkster Dollars on your next purchase. Drinkster Dollars cannot be redeemed for cash.

WHAT IS DRINKVAULT?

Drinkvault is a way of putting aside a bit of every money every month, that you can spend in the future at your own leisure. The money you put into Drinkvault is yours – you can put it towards your next purchase, or withdraw it any time. And when you deposit money monthly into Drinkvault, you will enjoy double the Drinkster Dollar benefits – for every $100 you spend, you will earn 10 Drinkster Dollars . Start locking some money away monthly in the vault now!

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Your order will either be delivered from our warehouse, or direct from the winery (or supplier). To track the progress of your order, login to your account.

Estimated delivery times (your order will normally be delivered much faster):
Standard Orders:

  • Sydney, Melbourne Brisbane: 2-5 business days
  • Adelaide, Perth: 5-10 business days
  • Regional and other areas: up to 15 business days

Orders being delivered directly from winery (or supplier):
As many Cellar Doors are in country areas, please allow an extra 2 business days for delivery. Your wine will be delivered by Australia Post in most instances.

CAN MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO A PO BOX?

Yes, we can deliver to PO Boxes.

CAN I REQUEST A SET DELIVERY TIME?

At the moment this service is not available. We are looking to introduce this option for Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne deliveries shortly – we will keep you updated.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE, OR SOME BOTTLES ARE BROKEN DURING DELIVERY?

In the rare instance that this happens, Drinkster will replace your order, or credit your account for anything that may not have been received.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. As soon as an order is placed, it is sent automatically to the warehouse or winery for packing and delivery.

I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER, WHERE IS THE REST OF IT?

During busy times with Australia Post, sometimes your order can be split up and delivered in separate lots. Sometimes your order may also be delivered direct from the individual supplier. If you have not received all of your order, the remainder of the delivery will not be far away. Your order may also be sent from different winery (supplier) locations. DO YOU DELIVER TO THE NORTHERN TERRITORY?

Due to Northern Territory Government Legislative changes, we are unable to deliver there.

DO YOU DELIVER OVERSEAS?

You cannot place an order for delivery overseas – we only deliver within Australia.
